Here is our policy as it applies to Members of Concerned Citizens, visitors to our website and subscribers to our email lists.

CCPEC will not collect any personal information from Members, visitors or subscribers without their knowledge and consent, and such information will be limited to that which is needed for service and support.

Any personal information about Members, visitors or subscribers which is collected will be used only as necessary for service and support and, unless required by law, will not be released to any third party for any reason.

CCPEC reserves the right to survey the opinions of Members, visitors or subscribers and use the compiled results in the pursuit of CCPEC's objectives, including reporting such compiled results to third parties such as governments and the media.  In no case will compiled results link any survey response to a particular individual.

Payment Security

Any payment due to CCPEC and made by credit card will be processed through a third party that provides fully secure transactions.  The credit card billing will show as "Bonasource -- Wild Apricot".  No one connected with CCPEC receives any credit card information.

Any payment made by cheque or cash to CCPEC will be under the control of CCPEC's Treasurer.
