Members' Benefits
Here are many worthwhile benefits available only to Members:
1. Receive weekly "what's new" updates by email. News items, emerging issues, and upcoming events -- Members' meetings, Council & selected Committee meetings.
2. Attend Members' meetings. Held on the last Thursday of odd-numbered months. at different community halls around the County. You may speak on any agenda item. Note: Your invited guests and other non-members may attend up to two meetings.
3. Submit an agenda item. Request an agenda item for a future meeting. Normally, you would provide an introduction to the item, either written or verbal. Send an email to info@ccpec.on.ca no later than one week before the meeting.
4. Receive Members' meetings minutes by email. Minutes of our monthly meetings, usually within one week of the meeting.
5. [future] Contribute to our Members' forum. Create a new topic or comment on an existing topic in our Members' forum section. Note: Requires login using your passcode (top right of screen).
6. Participate in Member surveys. Contribute your views on current issues through online Member surveys.
7. Contribute to a project team. Apply to join a project team that interests you. Your active participation will be valued by all involved.
8. Submit a proposal for a Concerned Citizens' Project. Propose a new project that is consistent with our objectives.
9. Vote at the Annual General Meeting. Held concurrent with our Members' meeting in May. You may nominate someone, and vote for your choices, for the Board of Directors.
