Privacy Policy

Here is our policy as it applies to Members of Concerned Citizens, visitors to our website and subscribers to our email lists:

1. CCPEC will not collect personal information without the person's knowledge and consent, and such information will be limited to what is needed for service and support.
2. Any personal information collected will be used only as necessary for service and support and, unless required by law, will not be made available to any third party.
3. CCPEC reserves the right to use the compiled results of surveys in the pursuit of CCPEC's objectives, including reporting to third parties such as governments and the media.  In no case will compiled results link any survey response to a particular individual.

Payment Security

Any payment due to CCPEC and made by credit card will be processed through a third party that provides fully secure transactions.  The credit card billing will show as "Bonasource -- Wild Apricot".  No one connected with CCPEC receives any credit card information.

Any payment made by in cash, by cheque or by credit card to CCPEC will be under the control of CCPEC's Treasurer.
