Robert Granger, Chairman of the Board and President

Bob is a resident of Hillier Ward, where he has owned property since 1970.  He is Chairman of The Grange of Prince Edward Vineyards and Estate Winery.  Bob is a former corporate and securities lawyer who practiced in Toronto for many years.  He has considerable experience in the mining industry, having being the CEO of both Landmark Corporation and Anvil Range Mining Corporation.  He is currently Chairman and CEO of both Hurricane River Mining Corporation and Copper Reef Mining Corporation.

Don Carr, Director and Vice-President

A 30-year resident of Ameliasburgh, Don runs Frontline Performance Systems, consulting on corporate development and change management. He was formerly President & CEO of Inuvialuit Development Corporation in the North West Territories, one of Canada's most successful aboriginal investment companies.  Earlier, he was President of Manitoba Telecom Services and President of Mary Kay Cosmetics Ltd.  Don has served on the Boards of 15 private corporations and service organizations.

Duncan Fischer, Director and Vice-President

Having worked in the Canadian Aviation industry for 35 years, Duncan retired as President, Canadian Regional Airlines.  Employing 2500 people, the airline was headquartered in Calgary, Alberta and operated a fleet of 50 aircraft between Victoria B.C. and Quebec City.  He served on the Board of Directors for the Northern Air Transportation Committee, Air Transport Association of Canada, Calm Air International and Time Air.  Duncan lives in Picton.

Lyle McBurney, Director, Vice-President and Secretary

Lyle is now retired after a varied business career.  He was an account executive with a Toronto-based investment company for 17 years.  Then he served as Executive Director, Ontario Association of Alternative and Independent Schools for 13 years.  Later, he operated Advanceman, a consulting firm specializing in opening doors for entrepreneurs, until his retirement in 2005.  Lyle has made his home in Picton since 2000.

Jim McPherson, Director and Vice-President

Jim McPherson is retired from a career in finance, market research, and the marketing of research and development services.  In recent years he was particularly active in the management of university / industry research programs.  Jim is a Professional Engineer with an MBA in marketing and finance.  He has lived in Milford (South Marysburgh) since 1998.
